Janita is a facility services company with concentration on five main business areas namely cleaning, security, landscaping, laundry and facility management. After its incorporation in 2007, the company has grown overtime e from a single type service organization to become among Thailand’s leading facility management providers, offering wide range of outsourced services to meet clients’ requirement. We started our business from a cleaning service company, offering a complete janitorial services to small SMEs in Thailand. Until now, we have employed more than 1,500 service personnel in various part of our outsourced faciltiy services. Apart from cleaning, Janita also provides security services by experienced security management professionals, working with them, comprise full team of security personnel who have been trained vigorously to fit security requirement in each individual type of security job. In addition to this, the company also offers landscaping service for both in-door and outdoor locations. We have our own landscape architect to deliver an attractive design suitable for client’s needs and budget. Creativity then turns into reality by our gardeners and other support team to materialize the plan and perform gardening maintenance in long term. Laundry service is introduced in the first quarter of 2014 in response to demand from our clients especially in hospitaility sector. Janita performs laundry mainly for hotel, serviced apartment and sports club with in-house state of the art laundry machine and techonology. Our service also covers large scale uniform laundry for industrial factory staffs, large corporation, as well as laundry for hospital sector, the latter, from our dedicate laundry area for strict hygiene control purpose. Janita has advanced our corporate development through services integration. We have combined our expertise in all areas, from cleaning, security, landscaping, and in some cases, laundry, and altogether combine them to offer to our valued clients a complete outsourced Facility Management (FM) services. This professional single point of contact FM would ensure the increase in management efficiency while reducing cost and other in-house management necessity. We are proud to have won the company’s first FM concession from 100+ beds Pattaya City Hospital in 2013 where Janita is responsible for all main facility management ranging from cleaning, security, laundry as well as IPD catering. |
